Using ribbons, faux florals and halloween accessories, create your own fantastical witches hat to wear or use as home decor! What kind of witch are you? Woodland, Goth or Bold and Bright!

Basic Knit Mittens Class
November 6, 13, 20 & 27 6:30pm-8:00pm
This is an intermediate knitting class, a basic knowledge of knitting is required. (casting on, knit stitch, purl stitch, increase, decrease)
In this class you will learn how to construct a basic knit mitten and the Magic Loop Method of knitting in the round.
3.5mm or 4mm circular knitting needles of 80cm length will be required. If needed, these are available for purchase at the store.
You may purchase any worsted weight yarn in the store prior to or on the evening of your first class.
Porch Arrangement Class

Suitable for ages 16 and older.
Spend a festive evening learning how to make an outdoor arrangement to welcome your guests over the holidays. Using a mixture of fresh evergreens, cones, twigs, bows, berries and other adornments, create a decorative masterpiece to match your holiday style!
This project will be made in a plastic insert which can then be placed into your own decorative container. If you have something special you wish to include in your arrangement, bring it along and I can help you incorporate it.
Please note, taller elements may need to be added at home so you are able to get your arrangement into your vehicle!
This class will be held at the Portage Exhibition Hall located on the Island.

Christmas Wreath

Adorn your home with a fresh evergreen wreath that you created yourself! Learn how to construct a wreath then decorate it to match your decor style. There’s lots of demand for this class so come join in the fun!
