Learn to Knit Class
March 3rd, 10th, 17th & 24th (Tuesdays) 6:30pm - 8:00pm
If you are new to knitting then this is the class for you!
Learn to cast on, knit stitch, purl stitch and bind off while making this garter stitch bordered dish cloth. Yarn for this class is provided!
3.5mm or 4mm circular or straight knitting needles are required. If need, circular needles can be purchased in store.
Cable Knit Hat Class
March 5th, 12th, 19th & 26th (Thursdays) 6:30pm - 8:00pm
This is an intermediate class. Knowledge of casting on, knit stitch, purl stitch and decreasing are required.
In this class you will learn how to knit this beautiful cabled hat using the Magic Loop Method of knitting in the round. Cables are not as complicated as they look and will add great texture to your knitting projects.
This hat has a nice wide brim which gives you plenty of rounds to master the Magic Loop Method before getting into the cable sections.
A 4mm circular knitting needle 80cm in length is required.
A worsted weight yarn of your choice is to be purchased in store.
